I had an awesome stay at the hotel during my Christmas vacation! The staff was fantastic and the hospitality was great. Mr Vivek, in particular, was friendly and cute. He were really nice by personally guiding me from the metro station to the hotel. I have never experienced such personalized service before. It made me feel valued as a guest and I appreciated it. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. It made exploring the city easy. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you!
I'm sorry, but there really is no point in mentioning anything negative about the room I stayed in. Everything was perfect and there was nothing to complain about.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to the metro and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even guided us from the metro. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel lacked a swimming pool, which was a disappointment for the kids.
